(CBS) Bears head coach Marc Trestman has listed his Winnetka home for sale, less than a year after buying it.
According to Crain’s Chicago Business, Trestman and his wife, Cynthia, listed the house Monday with an asking price just under $3.5 million, an 18.9 percent increase over what they paid for it just under 10 months ago. The report says they purchased the 14-room home for $2.94 million last May 31.
“They have decided that it doesn’t work for them,” @properties listing agent Milena Birov told Crain’s. “They need a bigger house.”
The house was built in 2013 and features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a cherry-paneled library and a basement basketball court with the Chicago Bulls logo printed on the floor.
