CHICAGO (CBS) -- In the city that works, sometimes you just have to come up with a work-around.

Actually, in this case, carpenters simply worked right through the problem

Construction workers setting up scaffolding and protective canopy above a sidewalk, weren't phased by a little street sign that got in the way.

They simply kept right on going.
