No Doc Emrick, Eddie O On The Call In Western Conference Final
(CBS) Blackhawks fans won't get to hear NBC's famed top broadcast crew during the Western Conference Final.
Doc Emrick, Eddie Olczyk and Pierre McGuire will call the Eastern Conference Final series between the Rangers and Canadiens, according to Steve Lepore, a sports media contributor for Awful Announcing.
The crew calling the Western Conference Final will be Kenny Albert, Brian Engblom and Joe Micheletti.
Emrick is widely regarded as one of the best play-by-play men in all of sports, and Olczyk is a highly respect color commentator who also works Blackhawks games locally for CSN Chicago.
