(CBS) There are smooth moves, and then there are smooth moves.
A young Rangers fan displayed the latter on Sunday.
In the fourth inning of the Texas-Toronto game, Blue Jays third base coach Luis Rivera tossed a foul ball to a kid in the front row. Having another ball in his possession already, he caught the foul ball with his glove, then in an act of great creativity, he turned and gave the decoy ball to an older girl sitting one row behind him.
She was ecstatic. What smarts from the young gentleman.
