Website Rating Attractiveness Of Female Northwestern Students Taken Down

(CBS) -- A website rating Northwestern women based on their physical appearance has been removed at the request of the university.

The anonymous website called Morty's Angels has been taken down. University spokesman Alan Cubbage says the homepage of the website popped up photos of female Northwestern students side-by-side and asked people to rank who is hotter, creating top 50 page.

"There was nothing particularly risqué about any of the photos," said Cubbage.

When the website became a problem, Cubbage says the university took action and the webmaster complied with its demand.

"We sent a note to the email that was attached to the site simply saying that this may constitute a violation of the university's sexual harassment policy and therefore please take it down. A couple hours later it was down," said Cubbage.
