(CBS) — Fire investigators are working to find out what caused a massive fire at a restaurant in downtown Naperville.
A passerby discovered the fire at Rizzo’s, 6 W. Jefferson Ave. Sunday morning. Fire crews arrived at the scene and managed to contain the blaze to the bar’s roof, exterior deck and second floor.
Crews extinguished the fire within 30 minutes. The restaurant sustained $200,000 worth of damage.
“Our guys did an excellent job. They made a good, clean, aggressive attack and put the fire under control rather quickly and did an excellent job of extinguishing the fire,” said Naperville Deputy Fire Chief Rick Sander.
No one was injured in the fire.
