(CBS) – "We're here for you," says tearful sister of FAA fire suspect Brian Howard. On Friday, the 36-year-old contract employee allegedly slit his wrists and throat in a suicide attempt after starting a fire in an Aurora radar facility that disrupted flights in and out of Chicago.
