Police: Man Killed In North Lawndale Shooting
(STMW) -- A 23-year-old man was shot to death in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side Saturday afternoon.
The shooting happened about 12:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Pulaski, police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney said.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later was pronounced dead, Sweeney said. The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
