Kyle Long Reassures Fans He Won't Be Traded To Eagles, Weighs In On Cavallari-Munn Debate

(CBS) When news broke Tuesday evening that the Eagles had agreed to trade star running back LeSean McCoy to the Bills for linebacker Kiki Alonso, the blockbuster deal included a subtle reminder in it.

Philadelphia coach Chip Kelly sure loves to coach former Oregon Ducks.

When the trade is completed, Alonso will become the ninth former Duck who played under Kelly at Oregon to join the Eagles. Kelly coached at Oregon from 2007-'12, serving as head coach for the last four.

Apparently, news of another former Duck joining Kelly got a few Bears fans worked up about what the future holds for Pro Bowl guard Kyle Long, who played at Oregon in 2012. Because Long took to Twitter to quell any concerns about where he'll be in future.

It's safe to the Bears don't hate the 26-year-old Long, as he's arguably their most valuable asset after being named a second-team All-Pro in 2014 and making the Pro Bowl in his first two NFL seasons.

That response was just part of a busy Wednesday on Twitter for Long, who also engaged in discussion about whom he considered better looking: Kristin Cavallari, wife of Bears quarterback Jay Cutler; or Olivia Munn, girlfriend of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Naturally, Long went with the one who's not yet hitched for life, then received grief from Cavallari.
