Woman Killed In Morgan Park Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 28-year-old woman was fatally shot early Thursday in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side.
Claudia Mister was outside about 2:45 a.m. in the 1600 block of West 115th Place when someone walked up and shot her in the torso, police and the Cook County medical examiner's office said.
Mister, who lived in the 10600 block of South Church, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where she was pronounced dead at 5:35 a.m., authorities said.
