Woman With Head Trauma Found Dead In Plainfield
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A woman with head trauma was found dead in the driver's seat of a vehicle in southwest suburban Plainfield Monday evening, police said.
The woman — whose name was not released — was found slumped over the steering wheel in a vehicle that was stopped at the intersection of Lockport Street and Van Dyke Road, according to a statement from Plainfield police.
She was taken to Copley Hospital in Aurora, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
