White Sox Send Erik Johnson Down To Triple-A Charlotte

(CBS) The Chicago White Sox optioned pitcher Erik Johnson back down to Triple-A Charlotte after Sunday's win over the Texas Rangers.

Johnson, 26, didn't pitch since he was recalled last Tuesday. He is 0-1 with a 4.22 ERA in two starts at Triple-A.

The White Sox say they will make a corresponding roster move ahead of Monday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
