Chicago Cubs Fan Knocked Out Cold By Indians Fan

(CBS) Trash talking between rivals ended up with an Illinois man getting knocked out cold by a Cleveland Indians fan.

The altercation happened Wednesday night after the Chicago Cubs defeated the Indians for the World Series title in an epic Game 7.

According to CBS affiliate WOIO, Alan Anderson, 36, told police he was involved in an argument with an unknown man who punched him in the face and knocked him out.

Anderson was taken to MetroHealth Hospital, where he was treated for a cut on the mouth and a head injury.

Quoting the man who shot the video, TMZ  reported that Anderson dared the Cleveland fan to hit him.

And he sure did.

Anderson told TMZ that his "head hurts" but that he will be fine.
