670 To Celebrate '12 Days Of Cubsmas'

(CBS) In a celebration of the Cubs' championship season, 670 The Score will carry a the "12 Days of Cubsmas" during the holidays.

Starting Dec. 14 and running through Christmas Day, The Score will re-air 12 of the best Cubs games of the 2016 season, with one playing in its entirety each day. The idea was the brainchild of Boers and Bernstein producer Chris Tannehill and will include lead-in narration from Cubs pregame and postgame host Mark Grote, with the help of production work by Russ Mitera and Brendan McCaffrey.

Here's a look at the broadcast schedule with information on the 12 games being re-aired.

Dec. 14, approximately 9:30 p.m.

April 21 game: Cubs 16, Reds 0 -- Jake Arrieta throws his second career no-hitter.

Dec. 15, approximately 10:30 p.m.

May 8 game: Cubs 4, Nationals 3 (13) -- Javier Baez's walk-off homer gives the Cubs a sweep of the Nationals in the Mother's Day Marathon.

Dec. 16, 10 p.m.

July 31 game: Cubs 7, Mariners 6 (12) -- Jon Lester's walk-off bunt gives the Cubs a wild win.

Dec. 17, approximately 3:30 p.m.

Sept. 16 game: Cubs 5, Brewers 4 (10) -- The Cubs rally to tie in the ninth inning, then win on Miguel Montero's walk-off homer. Afterward, they celebrate the NL Central title that they'd clinched in less dramatic fashion late the night before when the Cardinals had lost a late game.

Dec. 18, approximately 10:30 p.m.

NLDS Game 4: Cubs 6, Giants 5 -- The Cubs clinch the NLDS with a dramatic four-run rally in the ninth inning at San Francisco.

Dec. 19, approximately 10:30 p.m.

NLCS Game 1: Cubs 8, Dodgers 4 -- Miguel Montero's tiebreaking grand slam in the eighth inning sends Wrigley Field into a frenzy and allows the Cubs to draw first blood in the series.

Dec. 20, 10 p.m.

NLCS Game 2: Cubs 10, Dodgers 2 -- Down 2-1 with some worry beginning to set in from the outside, the Cubs were sparked by Addison Russell and broke out of their slump.

Dec. 21, approximately 8:30 p.m.

NLCS Game 6: Cubs 5, Dodgers 0 -- Kyle Hendricks' brilliance over 7 1/3 shutout innings leads the Cubs to their first World Series berth since 1945.

Dec. 22, approximately 10:30 p.m. 

World Series Game 2: Cubs 5, Indians 1 -- The Cubs even the World Series behind a strong outing from Jake Arrieta and with an offensive assist from Kyle Schwarber.

Dec. 23, immediately after DePaul basketball, which is time TBA

World Series Game 5: Cubs 3, Indians 2 -- A strong outing from Jon Lester, some timely hitting and a big effort from Aroldis Chapman claw the Cubs within 3-2 in the World Series.

Dec. 24, approximately 10:30 p.m.

World Series Game 6: Cubs 9, Indians 3 -- In another win-or-go-home scenario, the Cubs' bats explode, highlighted by Addison Russell's grand slam.

Dec. 25, 11 a.m.

World Series Game 7: Cubs 8, Indians 7 (10) -- The Cubs break their championship drought that dated back to 1908 in a dramatic victory. They took control early, only to see the Indians rally for the tie late. Ben Zobrist came up with a clutch double in extra innings that drove in the go-ahead run.
