Woman Impersonating Judge Found Dead

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman accused of impersonating a Cook County judge was found dead days before she was to stand trial.

Former law clerk Rhonda Crawford was pronounced dead at her home Thursday. Her attorney did not say how she died.

Crawford was scheduled to go on trial on Monday.

She was indicted after allegedly wearing a judge's robe and presiding over several traffic cases in Dolton in 2016.
