The men were standing on the sidewalk about 11:15 p.m. in the 3400 block of West 24th Street, when a male opened fire from a nearby alley, striking each of the men.
The shootings came as July drew to a close and police officials announced the number of shootings decreased when compared to the same months in 2012 and 2011.
