Israel Alcantar-Abrego, 24, of Aurora, remains in DuPage County Jail in Wheaton on $50,000 bail. He faces trial on charges of aggravated battery of a peace officer, resisting or obstructing a police officer and battery, according to police and DuPage County Circuit Court records.
Christian Alvarez, 18, is charged with first-degree murder; and Antonio Castaneda, 31, is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated battery to a peace officer, and attempting to disarm a peace officer, according to Chicago Police.
