Police said officers responded to a street brawl near the intersection of Halsted Street and Clybourn Avenue around 4:30 a.m. When they arrived, the officers saw one man beating another with a baseball bat.
Jawanza Brown, 21, and two 17-year-old boys approached a 32-year-old man entering his 2002 Chevrolet Malibu at 11:08 p.m. in the 1800 block of North Clybourn Avenue, police said. They implied they had a weapon, took the car and drove off.
