A husband and wife are suing the city of Chicago as well as their alderman, requesting the removal of a Divvy bike station that they say will bring an “invasion” of people, trash and noise to the doorstep of their Lakeview condominium.
City officials say the Divvy bike-sharing program is going well after barely two weeks and there’s no plan to make helmets available for rent.
