Deputies Serving Eviction Notice Find $200,000 Worth Of Pot

Police serving an eviction at a Southwest Side home found 44 pounds of marijuana, weapons and ammunition, and an apparent drug deal taking place, all of which led to the arrests of two men.

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart and neighborhood groups teamed up Wednesday to fight against companies they claim are trying to deceive renters and even board up the foreclosed buildings where they still legally live.
