3 Weeks Left For Spring Flood Victims To Apply For Federal Aid

In just three weeks, local residents will lose their chance to get federal funding to pay for cleanup from flooding that hit from mid-April through early May.

Governor Declares 38 Counties Disaster Areas Due To Floods

The designation will help speed and expand access to state emergency resources and allow the governor to pursue federal relief and support, a statement from the governor’s office said.
