D.J. Augustin scored 15 of his career-high 33 points in the fourth quarter and the Chicago Bulls held off the slumping Boston Celtics 107-102 on Sunday night.
The Celtics need a pick-me-up after losing the opening two games of their first-round playoff series against the Knicks. The city of Boston could use one, too, after a traumatic two weeks of bombings and manhunts and grieving.
(WSCR) – The Bulls started their season opener in Oklahoma City and neither team led by more than eight points until the final three minutes. However, as the end of the game came closer, the Thunder pulled further away with the Bulls losing 106-95.
