A body found wrapped earlier this week in a drain pipe, wrapped in plastic, is that of a Morgan Park woman who disappeared in 2011, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office confirms.
Authorities will have to wait another day before conducting autopsy on a decomposed body found in a drainage pipe near the home of a woman who’s been missing for more than two years.
A Chicago Water Department employee found the body about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. The body was reportedly decomposed.
