Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith has won his second career Norris Trophy, given annually the the NHL’s top defenseman.
Zdeno Chara and Shea Weber are the other two finalists.
What Duncan Keith is doing this season is nothing short of remarkable.
“I thought some guys worked hard and played a good game,” Islanders coach Jack Capuano said. “Again, with our club we need all 20 guys going, and we didn’t have all 20.”
For those unaware tonight at the United Center is “Chris Chelios Heritage Night” as the Blackhawks host the rival Red Wings. The name Chris Chelios still brings up many sore memories for Blackhawks fans in this city, but I’m still confused as to why.
The Blackhawks have struggled throughout the 2010-11 season, and sometimes the best remedy is to simplify things.
