Chicago broke a 101-year-old record on Sunday, as temperatures soared to 97 degrees.

Once again, not only has the record high temperature for a March day in Chicago been broken, but the mercury has surpassed 80 degrees for the fifth day in a row.

For the fourth day in a row, a record-setting high temperature has been set in Chicago.
