3 Dead, 37 Wounded In Labor Day Weekend Shootings

The most recent fatal shooting happened Sunday night in Rogers Park. Two men were shot in the 7400 block of North Ridge. One was shot in the abdomen and the leg. He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital, where he died. The other man was shot in the leg and taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

Alleged Getaway Driver Charged In Rogers Park Shooting Death

A 31-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of a photographer who was slain at a Rogers Park bus stop in broad daylight last week. Prosecutors said Eric Vaughn handed the gun to the shooter, and drove the getaway vehicle.
