Police said the bus driver hit his brakes to avoid a collision with a taxicab at Michigan Avenue and South Water Street around 8:45 a.m.
Chicago Police have opted not to charge anyone in the death of a dog which plunged 43 floors to its death this morning, under unusual circumstances.
Police said the dog’s owner let it out on the balcony on the 43rd floor, and the dog climbed up on the furniture, then jumped off the balcony.
