Chicagoans Age 18 To 24 Suck At Voting

By now, the lack of turnout by young voters has come to be expected. But, just for the heck of it, I looked at the numbers, and can prove just how dismal voter turnout is for 18-to 24-year-olds. Prepare to be sad.
