Paczki Day is here! Don’t know what a paczki is? Paczki is deep-fried dough, filled with cream, fruit or jam, then covered in powdered sugar or icing (Similar to a donut). Paczki is traditionally used to celebrate the start of Lent on Fat Tuesday or Fat Thursday, with celebrations running throughout early March. Whether you want to celebrate Fat Tuesday, Lent or just indulge in this delicious Polish tradition, enjoy Paczki Day!
