Chicago Businesses Creating Doughnut Gelato Sandwiches & Generally Blowing Our Minds

This is probably the best idea since sliced bread, but like way, way better than sliced bread.
Black Dog Gelato, who serves up some of the best gelato in all of Chicago, and Glazed & Infused, who makes some of the best doughnuts in all of Chicago, are combining their super powers to create something I'd consider selling my soul to the devil for:
Doughnut gelato sandwiches.
It's an idea so simple I don't know why I don't eat it for every meal: slice a doughnut horizontally, put a flat scoop of gelato in the middle, eat.
IMPORTANT: These will ONLY be available August 29th.
There will be four flavors:
*Apple Fritter with Salted Peanut Gelato
*Toffee Doughnut with Milk Stout Gelato
*Lemon Doughnut with Blueberry French Toast Gelato
*Classic Chocolate Doughnut with Nutella and Pretzels Gelato
