Ryan's Age A Likely Factor In Placing Him On Home Confinement
It had been expected former Gov. George Ryan would spend several weeks in a halfway house after he left a federal prison on Wednesday, but he was there just a couple hours before being placed on home confinement. CBS 2's Jim Williams reports the feds aren't saying why, but his lawyer believes Ryan's age was one factor.
