Drew Peterson To Be In Court For Hearing On New Trial Request

Convicted killer Drew Peterson will be back in court on Tuesday, but it will be his legal team taking center stage. He has requested a new trial, claiming his former lawyer, Joel Brodsky, made mistakes that prevented him from getting a fair trial. CBS 2's Susanna Song reports.
