State, Feds Begin Flood Damage Assessments To Pave Way For Disaster Relief
Help is on the way. That was the message Monday from Gov. Pat Quinn to flood victims in the Chicago area. CBS 2's Roseanne Tellez reports damage assessments began in hard-hit areas, like the Albany Park neighborhood on Chicago's Northwest Side.
