Salt Truck Crashes, Spills On I-80/94

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (CBS) -- Mishawaka, Ind., will have a little less salt to put on its streets Wednesday night.

A supply truck hauling salt tipped over on the Borman Expressway (Interstate 80/94) near Cline Avenue.

Three lanes on the expressway had to be blocked off between Indianapolis Boulevard and Cline Avenue.

The accident involved one car and another truck in addition to the salt truck.

Thousands of pounds of salt spilled on the pavement.

As of 11 a.m., there was no word of any injuries.
