Despite Injury, Keith Expected To Play Against Panthers

Although Duncan Keith suffered a hand/finger injury in the Chicago Blackhawks' win over the Toronto Maple Leafs, the defenseman is expected to pay against the Florida Panthers.

According to Adam Jahns, of the Chicago Sun-Times, both Keith and Niklas Hjalmarsson missed the Blackhawks' practice on Monday, but are both expected to play on Tuesday. Keith's status has been confirmed by the Blackhawks, but Hjalmarsson's has not. Hjalmarsson's absence isn't suspected to be injury related, but more of a maintenance day to help heal some small nagging bumps and bruises.
