CHICAGO (CBS) — A man is recovering the day after he was stabbed in broad daylight on the Near North Side, less than a block from the Magnificent Mile.

Dispatch reports at the time indicated someone may have taken a cell phone image of the offender and police were using the photo in hopes of finding him.
