Firebomb Thrown Into Fast-Food Drive-Through

CHICAGO (STMW)-- An enraged would-be arsonist threw a Molotov cocktail through a drive-in window at a West Side Burger King on Saturday.

Michael Tucker, 31, faces charges of attempted arson and witness harassment after he allegedly tossed the firebomb into the restaurant at 1344 North Keeler in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A female customer was at the window when Tucker, of the 4200 block of West Kamerling, allegedly ran up and threw the lit Molotov cocktail inside. He then allegedly followed the customer home and threatened her, before he was arrested.

Burger King staff said nobody was injured in the attack.

Tucker was ordered held on bail of $450,000 Sunday morning by Judge Adam D. Bourgeois.
