(CBS) Bears running back Marion Barber has been warned by the NFL for not talking to the media, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Barber has never said much to the media throughout his career, but NFL rules prevent players from avoiding the media altogether. Barber has repeatedly declined interview requests this season, including after Sunday’s 13-10 loss in which his fumble and decision to run out of bounds cost the Bears the game.
According to the report, Barber told the Tribune he was unsure whether he would he address the media after practice Wednesday.
