Report: Packers Players Won't Be Fined For Ripping NFL On Twitter

(CBS) The NFL will not fine Packers players who criticized the NFL and replacement officials on Twitter following Monday night's debacle in Seattle.

The Green Bay Press Gazette's Rob Demovsky tweeted Wednesday that NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said: "We are not looking into that."

Several Packers players -- most notably guards T.J. Lang and Josh Sitton -- took to Twitter Monday night to voice their frustrations.

"Got f----- by the refs," Lang tweeted. "Embarrassing. Thanks NFL."

About an hour later, Lang tweeted again: "F--- it NFL," he wrote less than an hour later. "Fine me and use the money to pay the regular refs."
