The fracas began after Guiry was told he was too intoxicated to board his flight at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. TMZ cites law enforcement sources who claim Guiry was given two options by the airport police officer before he turned violent: a public intoxication arrest or the drunk tank. The movie star then assaulted the officer.

He was cuffed and booked for felony assault of a police officer.
