Man Critically Wounded In Albany Park Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 20-year-old man was critically wounded during a shooting on the Northwest Side early Tuesday, police said.
The man was in the 4700 block of North Central Park Avenue, in the Albany Park neighborhood, when he was shot once in the side by a small-caliber gun about 2 a.m., police said.
The man was taken in critical condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, police said.
No one was in custody as Area North detectives investigated. Further details were not available.
