Who Do You Love? Week 1

(WSCR) The first week of Who Do You Love? is here!

Check out who the guys are picking, then vote for your favorite play below!
Mac:
2 pts – Cincinnati -8 at Illinois
The Illini are no better than a year ago, this one is a steal.  They were blown out by the likes of Louisiana Tech last year at Memorial Stadium, why wouldn't a better team in Cincy do the same to them this year.  This is as good as college plays get.
1 pt – Colts -9.5 vs. Raiders
Two favorites, I know…the more things change, the more they really stay the same.  However, Oakland is the worst team in the NFL and have to travel halfway across the country.  Nick Roach and company won't stop Andrew Luck.  This is a blowout in the making.  Love the Colts this week.

Spiegel:
2 pts – Seahawks -3.5 at Panthers
Russell Wilson and that offense are great but look at what's going on in Carolina with their offense trying to go away from the spread attack.  I expect Cam Newton and the Panthers to struggle to score enough points as a result.  Match that up with a strong Seattle defense and this is my play of the week.
1 pt – Cowboys vs. Giants – Over 48.5
The Giants pass rush doesn't appear to be quite what it's been in years past.  Throw in a change in defensive coordinator in Dallas and I like both offenses to be ahead of the defenses in week one, making this one go over the seemingly high total.

Zawaski:
2 pts – Vikings +5.5 at Detroit.
I give no team coached by Jim Schwartz the benefit of the doubt.  Yes…the game is in Detroit Rock City, but I still think the Vikings win the game outright.  The 5.5 points just boost my confidence.  I love the Vikings
1 pt  – Under 41.5 in the Bears  / Bengals
Two teams with great defenses and average or developing offenses.  Points will be at a premium.  I like it better at 42.5, and it will be close, but I have the Bears losing 20-14.  Therefore, I love the UNDER 41.5the 5 and a half.

Finfer:
2 pts - Cincinnati -8 at Illinois
If this game was to be played in three or four weeks you would see the line set at double this number.  Illinois can't stop anyone, Cincinnati threw up 40+ on Purdue last week.  Cincinnati will roll over the Illini in this one.
1 pt - Saints -3 vs. Falcons
No team had a bigger off season acquisition than the Saints getting Sean Payton paired back up with Drew Brees.  This offense will roll, defense will be improved and they get a big week one home victory in big fashion over their biggest division rival.

Shepkowski:
2 pts – Bengals +3 at Bears
I believe in Marc Trestman and the Bears offense to be solid by the end of the year.  This isn't the end of the year however and Cincinnati's defense is the truth.  Couple that with Andy Dalton who doesn't have a rocket arm like Jay Cutler but makes much fewer mistakes and I like the Bengals to pick up a week one road win.
1 pt – Dolphins +1 at Browns
Yes, I'm aware I like two road dogs in week one but look at both of these teams.  Miami adds a deep threat for Ryan Tannehill who played much better as a rookie than I ever thought he would as a professional.  Couple that with the fact that Brandon Weeden struggles enough on his own, let alone without his favorite target Josh Morgan and I like the Dolphins to walk out with a road victory.
