A 20-year-old man died Sunday afternoon, after he fell off a golf cart in far north suburban McHenry County.
Police said Stephen Canfield, of Harvard, was riding on the back of a golf cart headed south on Johnson Road, just north of Illinois Route 173 in unincorporated McHenry County near Hebron, when he fell off the cart. Canfield was taken to Centegra Woodstock Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
