CHICAGO (CBS) — A 71-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet while sitting on a porch Thursday evening in West Englewood.

Police said the woman was sitting on a porch in the 5900 block of South Justine Street around 7 p.m., when she heard someone fire shots, and realized she’d been shot.

She was taken to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, where she was treated for a graze wound to her chest, and was later released.

Police said they don’t believe the woman was the intended target. They said two men walked up near the woman’s home, when one of them started shooting.
