(CBS) In an effort add receiver depth after likely slot man Marquess Wilson suffered a fractured clavicle in Monday’s practice, the Bears have signed Greg Herd to a one-year deal, they announced late Tuesday.

Herd entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2013, which he spent with the Cowboys and part of training camp with the Seahawks. Herd attended college at Eastern Washington, where he had 165 catches in four years.
