Report: Bears Likely To Get Rid Of Mel Tucker After Season

(CBS) Embattled Bears defensive coordinator Mel Tucker is likely to be let go at the end of the season, according to a report by the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport tweeted that Tucker will be let go "barring significant improvement."

The Bears have given up the most points per game in the NFL this season at 29.1. In Tucker's first season as Bears defensive coordinator last year, the Bears gave up the third-most points per game in the NFL at 29.9.
