One person died, and at least one other was taken to a hospital. CBS 2’s Chris Martinez says a third occupant reportedly walked away.

Neighbors said a man lives in the house with his two children and their grandmother.

“I saw all the windows, out of the casements, just flying in the air. So, it was a major, full house explosion,” neighbor Carole Schultz tells CBS 2’s Chris Martinez.
