He is charged with battery that caused bodily harm.

According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported battery and learned that Kromer and his son confronted three boys fishing at the beach over their use of beach chairs.

The boys told deputies grabbed their fishing poles into the water, pushed one boy to the ground and punched him in the face before telling them to return the chairs to where they found them. Kromer then told one of the boys he would kill his family, the victim told deputies.
