Boy, 14, Wounded In Shooting
(CBS) -- A teen boy has been shot on Chicago's South Side.
The 14-year-old boy suffered gunshot wounds to the collar bone and to the wrist around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. Paramedics transported the boy from 85th and Escanaba to University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital. He was in serious but stable condition, Chicago Fire Department officials said.
The scene of the shooting is near Bowen High School.
