Missing Man With Dementia Who Left South Side Medical Center Located
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 69-year-old man who suffers from dementia who went missing after after leaving a rehabilitation center in the Douglas neighborhood on the South Side Sunday afternoon has been safely reunited with his family.
Derrick Joyner was at the Bronzeville Park Rehabilitation Center at 3400 S. Indiana Ave. where he left without completing medical treatment, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
